Lovely apartment and excellent hosts. Positive: Excellent apartment. V clean and comfortable. Loved the open or shut design of the balcony. Gorgeous sunsets from the couch! Nice facilities in the building. Train station, supermarket and helpful food hall 2min walk away. Great coffee right around the corner. Hosts were kind, responsive and helpful. Negative: The Ezymart wasn't open when I went to drop the keys, which was a stress. The host provided a very quick response and sensible fix, but it was a stress when we had to get somewhere in a hurry post after leaving the apartment. Area was less suitable for a family, compared to others in Brisbane, but walking up to King St, Bowen Hills for some meals was perfect.

Positive: The apartment itself is great — beautiful views, a very good location, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything suited us well, except for a few small details Negative: There was quite a strong smell from the garbage chute in the corridor. When waiting for the elevator, it was sometimes a bit unpleasant. We understand that this is not the apartment owner's responsibility, but perhaps improving the ventilation in the corridor could help

Positive: Really clean and well appointed Negative: The key pick-up and drop off was a little frustrating especially given the convenience store didn’t open until 8am.
